The AT-71030 Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector has been newly upgraded, featuring an aviation-specific trolley with shock absorption and anti-collision design, as well as unique and convenient mobility and self-locking functions. It boasts excellent passability, high sensitivity, and user-friendly operation. The modular design facilitates easy maintenance, and core components are sourced from imported German and Japanese brands to ensure long-term stable and professional operation.

Vacuum Method (Helium Spray Method)
1.Connect the instrument to a properly grounded AC 220V/50Hz power supply.
2.Turn on the instrument power switch and wait for it to reach the standby state.
3.Connect the workpiece to the leak detector port using appropriate fixtures.
4.Press the "Start" button on the instrument panel to enter leak detection mode.
5.When the instrument's background value is below the (qualified) value and stable, spray helium onto the area to be tested using a prepared helium gas canister.
6.If the workpiece leaks, the instrument will emit an aud ible alarm or the display interface will turn red, indicating (unqualified); otherwise,
it is(qualified).
7.Press the "Stop" button on the panel to end the leak detection and remove the workpiece.

1. Before testing the workpiece, confirm the leak detection mode is set to "Vacuum Mode," set the alarm value (qualified value), and calibrate the instrument using a calibrated standard leak to avoid measurement errors.

3. Spray the gun from top to bottom.
Sniffer Probe Method (Positive Pressure Method)
1.Connect the instrument to a properly grounded AC 220V/50Hz power supply.
2.Charge the workpiece with positive pressure helium to the specified pressure.
3.Connect the sniffer probe to the leak detector.
4.Press the "Start" button on the panel to enter leak detection mode.
5.When the instrument's background is stable, use the sniffer probe to detect the area to be tested.
6. If the workpiece leaks, the helium inside will escape to the environment due to the pressure difference , and the sniffer probe will capture it, triggering the instrument alarm, indicating(unqualified); otherwise, it is (qualified). 7. Press the "Stop" button on the panel to end the leak detection and depressurize the workpiece.

5. Large helium consumption.
1. The helium concentration in the air is 5.2 ppm, which converts to a leak rate of approximately 5.0 × 10-7 Pa·m³/s. Before leak detection, confirm the instrument's leak detection mode is set to "Sniffer Probe Leak Detection," calibrate it using air calibration or a positive pressure leak, and set the alarm value (qualified value). 2. The minimum detectable sensitivity of the sniffer probe should not exceed 10-8Pa·m³/s.
3. Move the sniffer probe from bottom to top.
4. After detection, it is best not to discharge the helium at the detection site to avoid affecting subsequent tests.
